Is it a bird? A plane? A WHALE?

Although I know this isn't a great shot - I took it with my cell phone...and knowing my daughter, the lens is smeared with PB&J or something else just as gross - I've never seen one of these...anyone know what it is? It's the size of a commercial jet, but as you can see, instead of having a flat top, it goes from flat at the nose to skinny at the tail and it really does look like a whale flying through the air...it was landing at Ellington, so maybe some lind of military deal???
