Giving thanks

Marmie must have taken this because I most certainly was not up for sunrise, but it definitely was a beautiful, cool Thanksgiving Day... Our table before the feast...candles, mini rose bouquets and fall leaves...

She gave up cooking for photography...like our ceiling??? :)

Ahhh...that's better...

Aunt Kathleen brought her a turkey cookie and she was chomping at the bit the whole day to get at that cookie...she received other goodies, too...Aunt Mary brought her an apple mold so that she could bake her own pies (but she quickly reminded me that it would also be great as a playdough tool!) and Aunt Francie brought her an almost life-size Dora the Explorer wooden cut-out that they painted together all afternoon...

And, finally, it was time to dig in...that's me with three of my Daddy's sisters...Aunt Kathleen in red, Aunt Francie in the middle and Aunt Mary in blue...

Our day was full of fun and full tummies...I hope everyone had as good of a Thanksgiving as we did!
