Super Bowl Sunday

We're not big football fans, but we hadn't seen Mike, Letha, Brit, and Hannah probably since last summer when Brit interned for Jack at UTMB. They had BBQed and had all sorts of veggies and chips with dips...and even some cupcakes as Grace is showing here. I made a homemade key lime pie that was really yummy, too. The look on Letha's face is saying, "Another cupcake? Her tummy is gonna hurt tonight..." Luckily, she really just wanted the football ring that is on her finger and she passed on the cupcake -

...but she did enjoy her first one!

This is Uncle Mike hovering over the boudain balls and craning his neck to see what all the hollerin' was about...see the spread that they laid out? This is only about half of what they had!

We went home before the game ended because we had work and school the next day, but Uncle Mike wanted Gracie to try out his new Harley...of course, Daddy insisted on being her escort!
