I found out today that our girl has moved up another level in her swimming classes. She's gone from Octopus to Otter! Jack and I are so proud! I called him as soon as we left class - we have an Otter! Hot diggety dog! Today, Ms. Tobey added arms to her backstroke kickers. Ms. Tobey went from one side of the pool to the other (the long side) with her, but she came back by herself and did pretty well. Ms. Tobey said that the Otter level was a long one - they have to do a backstroke almost perfectly for four laps before they are moved up to Manaray, where they begin learning their breaststroke. Looking forward to more learning...
Oh, and I'm trying to win $150 worth of clothes for my sweet girl here. If you have girls, go enter, too. You never know!!! If you don't have a special little girl in your home, enter anyway! We'll take your winnings...gladly! :)
This afternoon, we have to go get horse feed in Alvin and unload it at our three locations. Jack promised Grace and I enchiladas at a little joint in Alvin we haven't visited in a while...if he's pre-paying us, that must mean we have a long night ahead of us!
