When life gives you lemons...

...you make lemonade...

It's another funky day outside, but luckily Daddy fed horses for us this morning and since swimming lessons haven't resumed quite yet, we're gonna hunker down and see what fun can be had...

Lexie has decided to brave the cold and rain for a little grazing...
Loco, however, has given up all together with the dank weather...she's just tired and cranky -

...and to heck with it, she's going back to bed!!!

Us girls, well, we've decided to not put a brush to our hair nor to exit our pjs...there's just no good reason.

So far, we've practiced our sight words (aren't you proud, Court?), made tuna salad sandwiches cut into frilly little circles (our find from the restaurant supply store Jack and I visited last time we went to the Houston Auto Auction), played with our magna-tiles, and as I write this, she's watching "The Land Before Time" and then we're gonna paint her nails...And, I just checked weatherbug and all is supposed to be bright and shiny tomorrow. Yay!
